Vedic astrology, made practical
You built the career. You kept the habits. Something still feels off course.
Sangatha reads your Vedic birth chart to show what this period of your life rewards and where it creates friction. Then it gives you one daily practice built for it. Breath, meditation, movement, or reflection. Ten minutes a day.
Two minutes. No credit card. Your chart and your first practice.
Steady, builder energy. You create through patience, and you burn out when growth gets forced.
On career and direction: your friction isn't lack of effort. You're pushing during a period that rewards consolidation.
Write what you finished today, not what's left. Close loops before you open new ones.
The real problem
The promotion came. The company got built. The morning routine got tracked. And something is still off. You can't name it, so you call it burnout, or a rut, or a phase.
Vedic astrology has a different explanation: timing. Your chart runs in periods. Some reward expansion. Some reward consolidation. Push for growth in a consolidation period and it feels exactly like what you feel now.
More discipline doesn't fix a timing problem. A practice matched to the period does.
The chart doesn't tell you your future. It tells you what season you're in, and what to do about it.
The method
Most apps give you a practice with no reason behind it. Most astrology gives you a reason with nothing to do. Sangatha connects them.
Your Moon Nakshatra and planetary periods, calculated from your birth details. It tells you what this stretch of life rewards, and where the friction comes from.
A short daily check-in with Saathi, your AI companion. It remembers your chart and how your week has gone, so today's guidance fits today.
One practice, chosen from your chart, your focus area, and your check-ins. Breathwork, meditation, movement, or reflection. You run it for seven days, then it adjusts.
How it works
Birth time helps, but you don't need it to start. Most people don't know theirs.
Date and place. Add your time if you know it.
Career, money, relationships, or inner peace. One answer. Your chart gets read against it.
Your Moon Nakshatra and what your current period means for that area. Free.
One daily practice for seven days. Go deeper with a live reading whenever you're ready.
Practices
Every practice says why you're getting it. Here are three examples from different charts and focus areas.
Ten minutes of writing what you finished, not what's left. Closes loops before new ones open.
Seven rounds of humming breath, eyes closed. Slows the mind at the end of a loud day.
Nadi Shodhana before the conversations you tend to avoid. Settles first, speaks second.
“I feel more confident speaking in front of others, and I can clearly see that I’ve begun to overcome my weaknesses and move forward with a stronger mindset. I follow my remedy every day, and the positive changes are undeniable.”
The techniques are classical: pranayama, meditation, movement, reflection. Matching them to your chart is Sangatha's own method, built on Vedic principles and reviewed by Sarad's teacher. It is not a prescription from a single text, and it is not medical advice.
“As a Project Manager by craft, I loved that he didn’t just tell me what my chart said. He walked me through the logic, answered my endless questions, and helped me understand it enough to befriend it rather than fear it.”
Archana, Project Manager, reading client. Not a paid endorsement.
“Have had many readings and always just felt like they were basic things I already had awareness in. This was spot on. I love how you tackle your readings.”
“Thank you for this very beautiful and insightful report. You have a true gift of elevating the astrological observation into a soul level insight. I meditated upon several of your observations and it gave me a lot of strength and hope. May you continue to help others succeed in this journey of self discovery.”
“Sarad is very professional and knowledgeable in his craft. He confirmed a lot of very important things that I recently went through… I highly recommend him!”

Readings
Most people start with the free insight. People sitting on a real decision book the reading.
“…found his ‘system analysis’ of our charts far more insightful than the sidereal readings I usually resonate with.”Archana, after readings for her and her daughter
Svabhava, the 90-day flagship, by application. A three-month, one-on-one journey back to your essence, with your chart as the map. Weekly sessions, kept to a handful of people at a time.
How Svabhava works
Your astrologer
I'm Sarad Dhungel. My family roots are in Kathmandu, and Jyotish was part of the house I grew up in. I've practiced Bhakti yoga for twenty years. I also spent more than a decade as a senior engineer in tech, so I know exactly what a skeptical professional thinks when they hear the word astrology.
Sangatha exists because both things are true. The tradition is real, and most of what's sold under its name is not. Your chart positions come from standard sidereal calculation. How Sangatha reads them, and every live reading, is mine. If your chart doesn't support a clean answer, I'll tell you that too.

Real calculation. Sidereal positions, Lahiri ayanamsa, your actual Moon Nakshatra and planetary periods. AI helps explain results in plain language. It never invents them.
No. Your Moon Nakshatra comes from your date and place, so your free insight and practice work without it. Exact period dates, your ascendant, and your houses need a birth time. Without one, period dates can shift by months or more. Working out an unknown birth time is part of the full reading.
The techniques are classical yoga and meditation practices. Choosing which one fits your chart, focus area, and recent check-ins is Sangatha's method, reviewed by Sarad's teacher. We say that plainly because it matters: it's a method built on Vedic principles, not a quote from scripture.
No. Sangatha is a reflection and daily practice tool. It complements care from doctors and mental health professionals and does not replace it. If a breathing practice feels wrong for your body, skip it and talk to your doctor.
Jyotish comes from the Vedic tradition, and I practice in that tradition. You don't have to. Clients treat readings the way they'd treat any serious analysis: useful if it's accurate, discarded if it's not.
Good. Skeptics make the best clients because they check the claims. Start with the free insight. If it doesn't describe your situation better than a generic horoscope would, close the tab.
Two minutes to find the season you're in. Ten minutes a day to move through it.
Sangatha offers astrological insight and general wellness practices for reflection. It is not medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice, and it does not diagnose or treat any condition.
